Absolutely outstanding service! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I can't emphasize enough how much I recommend this shop. The prices are very affordable; we only paid 13€ to rent a bike for the entire day. The seller who assisted us on May 3rd and 4th, from 5 to 10 pm, was exceptionally kind and attentive.

Not only did he provide excellent customer service, but he also took the time to show us how to properly lock the bike and where it's safest to park. The bike itself was in excellent condition, and he made sure to give us the best one available.

La cosa che fa la differenza rispetto ad altri negozi simili è la straordinaria gentilezza e accuratezza con cui la proprietaria ti accoglie dall'inizio alla fine. Da migliorare l'efficienza delle bici ma nessuno è perfetto. Tra l'altro per l'affitto per 8h abbiamo speso in totale 11€+2€ di assicurazione per ciascuna bici. Difficilmente troverete prezzi migliori. Inoltre abbiamo forato el a spesa per la riparazione in un altro negozio ci è stata prontamente rimborsata. Complimenti.

Buena experiencia con un vendedor muy majo. Nos aplicó descuento de grupo ya que éramos 5 y luego nos lo dejó en 10€ las 24 horas,un chollo respecto a la zona. Por otro lado, el vendedor ha sido flexible pues teníamos que ir al tren la mañana siguiente a las 9 y el local abría a las 10.
